Lived on Sperry Road in Bethany, CT from 7 May 87 to 3 May 06 with Tom O'Brien,(below) raising those 2 boys and burying those 5 dogs and a cat...I concur with the nostalgic chord - I miss the fall colors and New England charm, but the climate and friendly people in the Piedmont Sandhills of NC more than make up for what we left, especially now that we can enjoy pictures like the ones on your website!

Lived on Sperry Road in Bethany, Ct. from 7 May 87 to 3 May 06, we raised 2 boys there and buried 5 dogs and a cat....your pictures struck an incredible nostalgic chord, Fall in Bethany was the most beautiful time to celebrate nature's beauty, now in NC....love it but,the autumn colors in the central Piedmont plain are not even close....do not miss the cold or New England reseved demeanor....people are FRIENDly here. Again, great photos...made my day, thank you.
