Hi John
I'd actually fancied a Fuji 6x9 range finder, but after shooting a couple of rolls though the Pentax I'm kind of enjoying the experience and may keep it.
I also got a waist level finder and telephoto lens and plan to shoot landscapes with Velvia 100 and Across B&W.
I can imagine Rolf with a Pentax shooting the sun-arise early in the morning;-)
Also it's funny to see my reflection in shop window as the camera is so large makes me look smaller!
have fun!
Regards
Mark

Hi Mark,
Congratulations on your purchase of the Pentax 6x7. I have been lusting after one of these cameras for some time now. There is so much discussion in the forums about camera pixel size but I feel that there is nothing to beat a 6x7 negative for sheer quality (unless, of course, it’s an even bigger negative). I read somewhere that Rolf Harris is a fan of the Pentax 6x7. My main problem with buying 6x7 at this time would be the need of a 6x7 enlarger. Happy shooting.
Regards, John

Hi Mark,
Thanks for leaving a nice comment on my M4-2 Blogger page!
With all this high-flying digital age, it is nice to harp back to the good old days and try photography the way we were taught/learnt. I even find B/W film more difficult to buy now...how times have changed. Your King of the Blues photo is fantastic.
Cheers again
Alex
